Our commitment
TravelVerse is committed to making its public travel information and request paths understandable and usable by as many people as possible. We aim to support clear content, meaningful labels, keyboard-usable controls, visible focus, readable contrast, and alternatives when a digital step creates a barrier.
Accessibility is part of how TravelVerse improves the public experience. We listen to people who encounter barriers and use those reports to identify practical improvements across pages, forms, account paths, and service information.
What this statement does and does not say
This statement describes TravelVerse's commitment and reporting route. It does not claim conformance with WCAG, EN 301 549, or another accessibility standard, and it does not claim that every page, device, browser, or service flow has completed accessibility testing.
Some parts of a journey may be supplied by an airline, accommodation provider, payment provider, mobility provider, or another third party. Those experiences may have separate accessibility controls, support routes, and limitations.
Report a barrier
If a TravelVerse page or request path creates a barrier, email hello@travelverseglobal.com. Tell us the page or task, what you were trying to do, what prevented you from completing it, and the device, browser, or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing that detail.
Please describe only what is needed to investigate the accessibility issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary passport or travel-document information. If you need a particular way for TravelVerse to respond, include that request in your message.
Help with an existing request
For an existing account, travel request, payment status question, or provider issue, use the Support Center when possible. If the barrier is preventing you from using the Support Center, email hello@travelverseglobal.com and explain which route you need help accessing.
An accessibility report and a service complaint can require different handling. Name both needs if you are reporting a barrier and asking for help with a particular journey.
Ongoing improvement
TravelVerse will continue to consider reported barriers, changes to the public experience, and the accessibility characteristics of connected provider experiences. We may ask for enough detail to reproduce a problem and to understand which alternative would help.
No response time, remediation date, or particular outcome is promised by this statement. The reporting route is intended to start a useful conversation and help TravelVerse make informed improvements.
