    Email TravelVerse

For a general TravelVerse enquiry, email hello@travelverseglobal.com. Tell us the service or page you are asking about, give a short description of what you need, and include a suitable way to respond.

This public address can receive service questions, account and support questions, accessibility reports, media enquiries, privacy requests, security concerns, and legal questions. It does not promise a response time, a particular outcome, or a confidential or anonymous reporting arrangement.

Use the Support Center for existing issues

For an existing account, travel request, payment status question, or support conversation, use the Support Center. Keeping the issue in the relevant account or request context can make it easier to understand what you need.

If you cannot access the Support Center or an accessibility barrier prevents you from using it, email hello@travelverseglobal.com and explain which route you need help accessing.

    Name the topic

Use a clear subject and name the TravelVerse area that fits your question. You can ask about:

    • Stays and villas, including an accommodation request or supplier question.
    • Flights, fare search, booking, and ticketing, including ticket issuance.
    • Ground Mobility requests or quotes.
    • An account, payment status, or existing support request.
    • Accessibility barriers or a request for a suitable response method.
    • Media, brand, or asset enquiries.
    • Privacy rights or a question about personal data.
    • A security concern or a legal document.
    • A whistleblowing concern, using the route described on the Legal & Whistleblowing Disclosures page.

    Include what helps

Include the relevant page or service, a request or confirmation reference if you have one, dates or destination when they help identify the question, what happened, and the outcome you need. Share only the personal or travel information needed to respond.

TravelVerse may need to verify identity before discussing account or request details. If you are writing for another traveller, say that you are authorised to assist them.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, security codes, or unnecessary passport or travel-document copies by ordinary email. Ask the Support Center or TravelVerse which route to use if a particular service genuinely requires sensitive information.

For a privacy request, describe the information or account involved without attaching more personal data than is needed to locate the request. TravelVerse may ask for reasonable identity verification through a safer route.

    Whistleblowing and emergencies

For a whistleblowing concern, email hello@travelverseglobal.com with the subject line “Whistleblowing concern” and read the Legal & Whistleblowing Disclosures page first. Email is not anonymous, and TravelVerse does not promise guaranteed confidentiality, a response time, or a particular outcome for that route.

General support and this email address are not emergency services. For an immediate danger, medical emergency, or urgent travel-safety issue, contact local emergency services or the relevant carrier, accommodation provider, mobility provider, or authority.
