Scope and contact

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the public TravelVerse website, account areas, support surfaces, and other online features made available by TravelVerse. TravelVerse is the public name used by a travel business registered in The Netherlands. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@travelverseglobal.com.

These website rules are separate from the service and booking terms that apply to a confirmed travel service. Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules.

Website and account access

You may access TravelVerse pages for lawful travel research, planning, support, and service activity. Some features may require an account or additional information. Access can depend on the feature, the information needed for the request, and the availability of the relevant provider or service.

TravelVerse may change, add, pause, or remove a website feature. A public page or account screen may be unavailable for maintenance, provider reasons, security reasons, or circumstances outside TravelVerse's reasonable control. A website visit does not create a right to a particular feature or level of availability.

Accounts and account security

If TravelVerse makes an account available, provide information that is accurate and keep it current. Use the account only for yourself or a person you are authorised to assist. You are responsible for keeping access details private, using the account through the intended sign-in process, and telling TravelVerse promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not share access details, allow an unauthorised person to use an account, or attempt to access another person's account. TravelVerse may ask for information needed to verify identity or protect a request before discussing account-specific details.

Information and service boundaries

TravelVerse may display travel information, search results, planning assistance, accommodation request paths, manual mobility quotes, and support guidance. Information can change and should be checked against the applicable provider or confirmation before you act on it.

Account access alone does not create a booking, fare hold, quote acceptance, accommodation acceptance, provider assignment, payment approval, or ground mobility confirmation. Those outcomes require the service-specific steps and written confirmation described in the applicable service terms.

Acceptable use

Use TravelVerse in a way that respects other travellers, suppliers, drivers, support staff, and the operation of the service. You must not use the website or an account to:

• Break the law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or submit information without the relevant authority.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, republish, or commercially exploit content or data at scale without permission.
• Mislead a traveller, supplier, airline, accommodation provider, driver, payment provider, or support team.
• Send unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful material through a TravelVerse feature.

User-submitted information

You remain responsible for information you submit through TravelVerse, including the authority to provide another person's details. Submit only what is needed for the relevant purpose and follow any instructions about sensitive travel information or documents.

You give TravelVerse permission to use submitted information as needed to operate the feature, respond to you, provide support, protect the service, and handle the related request, subject to the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms. You must not submit material that infringes another person's rights or contains malicious code.

Intellectual property

The TravelVerse name, lockup, tagline, page design, writing, software, and other materials are owned by TravelVerse or used with permission, subject to third-party rights. These terms give you a limited permission to access and use the website for its intended personal or internal planning purposes.

You must not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, frame, publish, or create a competing service from TravelVerse materials without permission, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted by these terms.

Links and third-party services

TravelVerse may link to or use third-party services, including airlines, accommodation providers, payment providers, flight search providers, mobility providers, hosting or authentication services, and support tools. A third party may apply its own terms, privacy notice, accessibility features, service limits, and operating decisions.

A link or integrated feature does not mean that TravelVerse endorses every statement or guarantees the third party's availability, security, price, or performance. Check the applicable provider information before sharing data or relying on a service.

Availability and changes

TravelVerse works to keep public information useful, but pages, data, links, provider results, and account features can contain errors or become outdated. TravelVerse may correct content or change the website without promising that every page will be current at every moment.

TravelVerse may update these terms when the website, account experience, service arrangements, or legal requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Changes to an accepted travel service remain subject to the applicable confirmation and mandatory rights.

Suspension and termination

TravelVerse may suspend or restrict access to a website feature or account when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, misuse prevention, or investigation of suspected abuse. TravelVerse may also end a feature that it no longer operates.

You may stop using the website or ask about closing an account through the available contact route. Suspension or closure does not automatically cancel a confirmed service or remove rights and obligations that arose before access ended.

Privacy and account information

The Privacy Policy explains how TravelVerse may handle identity, account, travel request, support, payment reference, technical, security, preference, and other relevant information. It also explains rights and the route for privacy questions.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary passport or travel-document copies through ordinary email or a website field that does not request them.

Dutch law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
