    Who this notice is from

This Privacy Policy explains how TravelVerse handles personal data in connection with its public website, account areas, travel requests, support, and partner-facing services. TravelVerse is the public name used by a travel business registered in The Netherlands. The public privacy contact is hello@travelverseglobal.com.

TravelVerse is responsible for the processing it decides the purpose and means of, while a supplier, airline, payment provider, or other partner may have its own role and notice for processing it decides. The applicable role can depend on the service and purpose. This notice describes the TravelVerse experience without changing a provider's own legal responsibilities.

    Who and what this covers

This notice applies to visitors, account users, travellers, passengers, people making requests on behalf of others, suppliers, drivers, and people who contact TravelVerse or use a support feature. It covers personal data collected through the website, account and request flows, communications, provider coordination, and relevant support tools.

If a supplier, airline, accommodation provider, driver, payment provider, or other third party collects information directly, its own privacy notice may also apply. Check the information shown at that point of the journey.

    Categories of personal data

TravelVerse collects or receives only the information relevant to the feature, request, legal duty, or support need. Depending on how you use the service, this may include:

    • Identity and contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences.
    • Account information, sign-in records, profile details, and account or request references.
    • Travel and request details, such as destinations, dates, preferences, passenger information, stay details, mobility needs, and communications needed to coordinate a request.
    • Passenger or travel-document information when a particular service requires it. Do not send unnecessary document copies through ordinary email.
    • Supplier and driver details, including service, availability, contact, and profile information needed for partner activity.
    • Payment references and payment status used for administration, rather than raw payment-card data retained by TravelVerse in the current product design.
    • Support communications, including messages or chat content provided when you ask for help, and AI-assisted support content where that feature is offered.
    • Technical and security information, such as browser or device information, access events, diagnostics, cookie choices, and signals used to protect the service.
    • Preferences and marketing choices, including whether you have asked to receive optional communications or withdrawn that choice.

    Where information comes from

TravelVerse receives information directly from you when you browse, create or use an account, submit a request, communicate with support, choose a preference, or provide information for another traveller with authority to do so.

Information may also come from a person making a request for you, a supplier or driver involved in a service, a payment or flight-search provider, an account or hosting service, a support tool, your browser or device, or a public authority where the law allows or requires it. TravelVerse may combine these sources only when relevant to a stated purpose.

    Purposes and lawful-basis categories

TravelVerse may use personal data to respond to enquiries, create and manage accounts, receive and coordinate requests, prepare quotes, communicate confirmations, provide support, administer payment references and status, protect the service, prevent fraud or misuse, meet legal obligations, and manage records or disputes.

Depending on the context and the law that applies, the lawful-basis category may include taking steps at your request or performing a service arrangement, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service after balancing relevant rights, or relying on consent for optional communications, cookies, or similar choices where consent is required. The specific basis can vary by data and purpose.

Some travel requests may contain information that is sensitive. TravelVerse does not state that special-category data is processed routinely. If a service requires information such as health or accessibility details, the relevant need, legal basis, minimisation, and safeguards should be considered for that situation.

    Sharing and service providers

TravelVerse shares relevant information only as needed for a request, support, legal duty, security purpose, or other stated purpose, and in accordance with applicable law. Sharing categories may include:

    • Accommodation, mobility, travel, and other service partners needed to consider, provide, or support a requested service.
    • Payment providers that host or process payment details and return a payment reference or status.
    • Flight search, fare, booking, and ticketing providers that support fare search, fare selection, booking assistance, or ticket issuance.
    • Hosting, storage, authentication, email, communications, and other technology providers that operate relevant parts of the service.
    • Support and AI tools where they are used to help organise or respond to a support request, with sharing limited to the relevant purpose and configuration.
    • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, authorities, courts, or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is lawful or required.
    • A buyer, successor, or adviser involved in a business transfer, subject to lawful safeguards and appropriate handling of the information.

    International processing

Travel services and technology providers can involve processing in more than one country. Where a processing activity involves an international transfer, TravelVerse will assess the applicable requirements and use safeguards required by law.

The relevant provider, service, data, and destination determine what information can be given about a transfer. Contact hello@travelverseglobal.com if you need a privacy question considered for a particular request. No international transfer mechanism is stated as in place for every provider or every processing purpose by this notice.

    Retention

TravelVerse keeps information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an account or service relationship, support and dispute handling, security, legal duties, accounting, or the establishment or defence of a claim. Different categories can follow different retention needs.

When information is no longer needed, TravelVerse aims to delete it or anonymise it where appropriate, subject to lawful backups, records, disputes, security needs, or other duties. This notice does not invent a fixed retention period for every category.

    Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. You may also object to certain direct marketing and ask for information about processing that affects you.

Send a request to hello@travelverseglobal.com and explain what you need. TravelVerse may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and protect another person's data. If a request concerns a supplier's or provider's own processing, TravelVerse may need to direct you to that provider or coordinate the request.

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including an authority in the place where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred where the law permits. TravelVerse encourages you to contact the public privacy address first so the question can be understood and routed.

    Cookies, analytics, and optional communications

TravelVerse may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed to operate pages, maintain a session, protect the service, remember a choice, or measure basic performance. Optional analytics, preference, or marketing technologies are used only where the applicable law and the choice presented to you allow them.

You can manage available choices through the relevant notice or your browser settings. Blocking a necessary technology can affect a website or account feature. Optional marketing communications should include a way to withdraw consent or unsubscribe, and withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Minors and information about other people

Provide another person's personal data only when you are authorised to do so and only to the extent needed for the request. If a journey requires information about a minor, provide it through the intended service flow and follow the instructions shown there.

If you believe personal data was provided to TravelVerse in error or without the required authority, contact hello@travelverseglobal.com with enough information to locate the issue, without sending unnecessary sensitive details.

    Automated tools and AI-assisted support

TravelVerse may use automated tools to help search, organise information, route support, or prepare a response where a feature offers that assistance. AI-assisted content can be incomplete or wrong, so check important travel decisions against the applicable provider, carrier, and official authority.

This notice does not describe a system that makes a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect on every user. If you believe an automated feature has affected you in that way, contact hello@travelverseglobal.com and describe the feature or decision so the request can be assessed under the law that applies.

    Security limits

TravelVerse uses account access controls and provider-hosted payment handling as part of the current product design. The design retains payment references and status rather than raw payment-card data. TravelVerse also considers access, storage, provider integrations, sensitive travel information, logs, backups, incident handling, and vendor safeguards as part of operating the service.

No online service is risk-free, and this notice does not claim a certification, audit result, encryption standard, multi-factor authentication, or security guarantee. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary travel documents by ordinary email.

    Updates and contact

TravelVerse may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, law, or data practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. A material change may also be communicated through the website, account, or a relevant contact route where appropriate.

For a privacy question or rights request, contact hello@travelverseglobal.com. For an existing service issue, the Support Center may be the clearest route, but privacy questions can still be sent to the public privacy contact above.
