Legal identity and contact
The public legal identity for this page is TravelVerse, registered in The Netherlands. The public contact is hello@travelverseglobal.com. No address or registration number is published here.
Dutch law applies to the public terms and disclosures that identify Dutch law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. A service confirmation or provider arrangement may contain additional terms that apply to that service.
Legal notices
Send a legal notice or question about a TravelVerse document to hello@travelverseglobal.com. Use a clear subject, identify the page or service involved, and include the information needed to understand the issue without sending unnecessary personal or confidential data.
Email is the public legal contact route shown on this page. It is not a substitute for a formal service method where a court, authority, contract, or applicable law requires another method.
Whistleblowing route
To report a genuine whistleblowing concern relating to TravelVerse, email hello@travelverseglobal.com and use the subject line “Whistleblowing concern”. Explain the concern, the people or service involved, the relevant dates if known, and the safest way to continue the conversation.
TravelVerse will assess the report and route it to the appropriate person or process. Information will be shared only as needed and as permitted by law. TravelVerse does not promise an outcome, acknowledgement, investigation result, or response deadline through this public route.
Confidentiality and sensitive information
This email route is not anonymous. Do not assume that an email can guarantee anonymity or a particular level of confidentiality. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary passport, health, or other sensitive documents. Describe the concern with the least sensitive information that allows it to be understood and routed.
If you need to report an immediate danger, crime in progress, medical emergency, or urgent travel-safety issue, contact local emergency services or the relevant authority, carrier, accommodation provider, or mobility provider. Email is not an emergency service.
Separate from general support
General account, payment status, booking request, accessibility, or travel questions belong in the Support Center or on the Contact us page. A support message is not automatically a whistleblowing report and does not create a protected reporting arrangement.
If a message includes both a service problem and a whistleblowing concern, say so clearly in the subject and explain which part should be routed under this page. TravelVerse will consider the message under the law and processes that apply, without promising a particular result.
